1. About the Service

PlayPredict is a free-to-play tournament prediction game operated from Malta. The service allows users to predict match outcomes and compete on leaderboards for fun. PlayPredict is not a gambling service. No real money is wagered, and no monetary prizes are awarded unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use PlayPredict. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide a valid email address for authentication.
• Do not create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Do not attempt to manipulate scores, exploit bugs, or abuse the service in any way.
• Do not use automated tools or bots to interact with the service.
• Respect other users and refrain from abusive or harmful behaviour.

4. Analytics

By using PlayPredict, you acknowledge that we collect anonymised usage data and product analytics to improve the service. This includes pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns. Analytics data is processed by PostHog on EU-based servers. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

5. No Real-Money Prizes

PlayPredict is entirely free to play. Leaderboard rankings and scores are for entertainment purposes only. If we ever offer prizes or rewards, the specific terms will be clearly communicated at the time of the promotion.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or if we reasonably believe your use of the service is harmful. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding associated with PlayPredict are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our written permission. Your predictions and user-generated content remain yours, but you grant us a licence to use them for operating the service (e.g., displaying leaderboards).

8. Limitation of Liability

PlayPredict is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed €100.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep PlayPredict available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
